Engineering interpretation
Engineering interpretation: EPCM assigns Lycopodium engineering and procurement with construction management, while construction execution remains a separately managed interface. The 5 Mtpa CIL design and non-process infrastructure must be integrated, and the Q1 2027 first-gold date was prospective.
Delivery responsibilities
Under EPCM, the engineering firm coordinates design, procurement and construction management while the owner’s contracts define who supplies and builds each package. Procurement records, drawing revisions and site work need a common technical baseline. Acceptance responsibilities should cover equipment testing, quality records and commissioning interfaces. A management appointment therefore needs to be read with its authorized work scope; it does not establish a fixed-price turnkey commitment or prove that the facility is already producing at its planned rate.
