Engineering interpretation

Engineering interpretation: this is an early-works engineering-services award, not a full plant EPCM contract. The forecast dates and 80 Mtpa combined capacity describe the wider project plan, not Lycopodium’s standalone package or completed output.

Delivery responsibilities

Engineering, design, assessment and advisory appointments must be read within their documented package. The consultant may support planning, approvals, technical decisions or construction interfaces while other parties supply equipment and execute the works. Proposed capacity belongs to the future asset and does not establish present output. Design acceptance, permits and construction completion are separate milestones. The reported role supports those decisions without transferring ownership, operation or all construction responsibility to the consultant; subsequent delivery commitments require their own source evidence.
