Project and local approvals
Trego Grid is proposed as a 200 MW/800 MWh, four-hour standalone battery with a 20-year power-purchase agreement and amended interconnection agreement. Reno approved land-use and annexation measures, and the regional plan review found the project conforming.
Regulatory status
The report says the utility sought Nevada PUC approval of the agreement. It also states that final boundary recordation, permits, network work, construction and commissioning were not established as complete in the reviewed record.
