JEDCO restores Juba power after billboard damages medium-voltage line
Electricity returned to areas affected after strong winds brought a billboard down onto a Feeder C line.

Supply restored after repair
Access Radio reported on 5 October that JEDCO had restored supply to all areas affected by a Saturday outage on Feeder C. The company said a large billboard collapsed onto a medium-voltage line during strong winds, and technical teams repaired the damaged line over the weekend.
Neighborhoods affected
The outage affected parts of Juba Town, Hai Jalaba, Gudele, Gurei, Munuki, Tongpiny and nearby areas. JEDCO said customers with continuing supply problems could report them through its fault line, 319.
