Engineering interpretation
The frame agreement extends support from bp’s west-of-Shetland assets to central North Sea assets. It has an initial three-year term with two optional one-year extensions and is managed by Aker Solutions’ Life Cycle segment from Aberdeen.
Delivery responsibilities
The agreement covers the engineering, maintenance, modification or operational services identified in the announcement. Responsibilities follow the stated asset, work package and contract term. A service agreement does not establish responsibility for building an entire new facility. Framework ceilings, extensions and options remain distinct from work actually ordered, while targets remain prospective until the client confirms delivery.
