Voltformer is provided for product discovery, preliminary engineering calculations and quotation requests. Catalog or calculation results do not replace final electrical design, site approval or safety certification.
Users must provide accurate authorized information, protect their account and never share API keys or OAuth credentials. Explicit user confirmation is required before an AI client creates an RFQ.
An RFQ is a request for quotation, not a binding sale or price guarantee. Final scope, price, delivery and compliance are confirmed after Voltformer engineering and sales review.
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, abuse the service, bypass controls through prompt injection, request other users’ data or disrupt the service. Voltformer may suspend access when necessary.
The service is provided as is. Voltformer is not responsible for outcomes caused by site conditions, missing user information or third-party AI platform behavior. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.
