## Voltformer analysis

Construction services on operating LNG assets differ from greenfield delivery. Logistics across separated sites and pipelines need coordination with ongoing production. Contract value should be read through service scope and asset integrity rather than translated directly into added capacity.

## Considerations for project teams

Construction progress is best tracked separately for site preparation, installation, testing and operational handover. A single completion percentage cannot explain drawing approvals, material deliveries, permits or dependencies between disciplines. Work on an operating facility also needs coordination with the operator and planned shutdown windows. A useful project register links each milestone to an accountable party and its acceptance evidence. This helps teams distinguish an advancing work package from a completed facility and identify the interfaces most likely to affect the next activity.
