## Voltformer analysis

AtkinsRéalis’ Canadian portfolio spans engineering, nuclear technology, project management and selected joint-venture delivery roles. Each notice should be read for whether the counterparty is the group, Candu Energy or a joint venture.

## Considerations for project teams

In nuclear and rail work, engineering/procurement, construction management, design partnering and physical construction are distinct scopes. Development or framework agreements do not by themselves establish a final investment decision or transfer all EPC risk; permits, task orders and site progress are the next evidence points.
