## Voltformer analysis

Aecon combines construction and infrastructure development with concession investment; in consortium announcements its equity share, construction package and long-term asset operating role can differ.

## Considerations for project teams

Alliance, progressive design-build and JV models define scope and risk in stages. A headline project value is not Aecon revenue or share; track consortium ownership, Aecon’s contracted scope, permits and the path to commercial operation separately.
