Litequo LLC (“Voltformer”) explains how personal data is processed through this website, RFQ services and AI connections.

Data may include name, company, the email address of a signed-in account, delivery and project details, RFQ content, support messages, platform notifications, session security records and technical audit records for connection activity. Passwords, OAuth client secrets, access tokens and refresh tokens are not shown in the UI; token values are stored hashed on the server.

Data is used to create accounts, authenticate users, provide catalog and engineering results, receive RFQs, validate technical PDFs, secure the service and meet legal obligations. AI connections can access only the scopes approved by the user.

Technical PDFs are processed only in connection with the user’s RFQ. Uploads are checked for PDF signature, MIME type and size. Invalid or unverified uploads are not attached to an RFQ.

Data may be shared with authorized Voltformer staff, infrastructure providers and AI clients explicitly connected by the user only as required to provide the service. Data is not sold. Passwords or credentials from other services are never given to AI clients.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and OAuth disconnection through the Support Center at voltformer.com/support; Voltformer does not use email or phone for contact. KVKK and applicable GDPR requirements are considered.

Service operator and data controller: Litequo LLC (https://litequo.com). Contact: the Support Center at voltformer.com/support; Voltformer has no email or phone contact. Address: Wyoming, USA.

Account, company profile, favorites, projects, single-line diagrams, revisions, uploaded specifications and support messages are processed to provide the services you request. Contract performance or steps requested before a contract are the basis for these functions; security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests, and mandatory record keeping relies on applicable law. Optional consent may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Google Firebase / Google Cloud provides authentication, database, file storage and hosting infrastructure. Your chosen AI provider receives the results of tools you authorize. This can include selected project records and documents. Its own privacy terms apply to copies it receives. Disconnecting OAuth prevents further authorized access but does not delete those copies or your Voltformer records. Voltformer does not retrieve your full AI conversation.

Notifications on the platform: Voltformer does not contact you by email or phone. Replies to support requests and changes to your quotation requests appear as notifications in Voltformer, in the Support Center and in My quotation requests; unread notifications are stored with your account or anonymous session until you open or dismiss them. The team is notified on the platform as well. Quotation requests and support conversations started without an account come with a private link or access code that opens them without signing in: anyone who has it can see the quotation’s status and items or the support conversation, so share it only with people you trust. Private links and access codes you use are kept in this browser’s local storage until you remove them. Email addresses or phone numbers given with earlier requests are no longer used for contact; they remain in those records until deleted, which you can request through the Support Center.

Cookies and browser storage: Authentication uses browser local storage / IndexedDB to keep you signed in; language and workspace preferences, and which news stories you have already seen, use local storage. The secure vf_oauth_session cookie lasts up to 10 minutes and protects the authorization flow. Browser settings can clear local records; clearing them does not delete server records. Infrastructure providers may process connection and security information to deliver and protect the service. Optional Google Analytics starts only after you allow it in Analytics preferences. It measures public page visits and selected service actions, using Google cookies for up to 180 days. Google may process this data on its infrastructure; advertising features are disabled. Private account pages, query strings, private-link fragments, form contents, email addresses and account identifiers are excluded. Your consent choice is kept in browser storage for 180 days. You can decline or withdraw consent in Analytics preferences at any time; this stops future Google measurement and removes this site’s Analytics cookies. First-party operational analytics described below remain separate.

First-party usage analytics: to operate, secure and improve the service, Voltformer records site usage on its own infrastructure - pages and content viewed, site searches and their result counts, clicks, outbound links, downloads, form submissions, time on page, scroll depth, JavaScript errors and page performance - together with IP address, approximate country, device type, browser, operating system, screen and window size, language, time zone, referring site and campaign parameters. A random visitor identifier (vf_analytics_visitor) and the current session (vf_analytics_session) are kept in browser local storage; while a page is open it reports the current page every 30 seconds so administrators can see live activity. When you are signed in, this activity is linked to your account. The data is not sold or shared with advertising networks. Raw events and session records are deleted automatically after 395 days; aggregated statistics without identifiers are kept.

Retention: workspace records remain until you delete them or request account deletion. Support and RFQ records currently remain until manually deleted; closing a ticket does not delete it. Token validity is distinct from record deletion: access tokens expire after 15 minutes and refresh tokens after 30 days, but expiry alone does not erase database records. Use the Support Center to request deletion and information about any records retained for legal obligations or disputes.

Request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection through the Support Center (/support). Members and visitors without an account can open a request. We may verify identity proportionately before releasing or deleting data. Where GDPR applies, requests normally receive a response within one month; permitted extensions and reasons will be communicated. You may complain to your competent data protection authority. KVKK rights also apply where relevant.

Processing through cloud infrastructure and AI providers may involve countries outside your own. Ask the controller through the Support Center for the applicable processing locations and transfer safeguards. Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details, government identifiers or health information in tool inputs, uploaded files or support messages.
