## Engineering interpretation

The company cited three decades of executive experience spanning nuclear development, engineering, delivery, risk and commercial operations. This appointment signals strategic capacity-building, not a nuclear project award.

## Delivery responsibilities

An organizational or community update should be interpreted within the activity it actually records. People, facilities and local relationships support a company’s presence, but they do not establish a new engineering award, completed project or guaranteed future delivery capacity. Published participation, fundraising and office-opening figures belong to that reported event. Buyers still need separate evidence of the project team, technical responsibilities and contract scope for a procurement decision. Keeping those distinctions visible makes the company record useful without turning corporate participation into an unsupported construction claim.
