## Engineering interpretation

The work is a production-facility construction contract, not a process-plant EPC package. The company announcement forecast completion for the end of 2026; that forecast is retained as planned timing.

## Delivery responsibilities

The reported construction package defines the contractor’s delivery responsibilities. Civil works, building services, installation and commissioning may sit with different contractors or joint-venture partners. The full project budget is distinct from an individual contractor’s award. Contract award, site mobilization, practical completion and operation are separate milestones; planned dates and capacity remain prospective until the owner confirms delivery. The source-defined scope therefore matters when comparing a civil contractor, a construction manager and an integrated design-and-build provider.
