## Engineering interpretation

Kengo Kuma & Associates and Schwartz/Silver designed the building; the wider concept includes a 325-acre public preserve and garden. This is an announced future construction package, not a completed facility.

## Delivery responsibilities

A joint venture, alliance or integrated delivery arrangement distributes responsibility among organizations with different technical and contractual roles. The useful reference is the package each participant actually manages, designs or constructs. Interface registers and acceptance plans should connect those packages without erasing their boundaries.
