Syrian Post has resumed parcel deliveries between provinces and reopened international shipping routes, Director General Emad al-Din Hamad told SANA. The institution opened or reactivated 164 outlets over the past year and is preparing an international money-transfer service. The announcement describes services being restored and a transfer service still in preparation; it does not say the new financial service has launched.
