Deir Ezzor opens applications for industrial plots
First phase covers 200 hectares; more than 140 hectares of plots planned

Syria’s Economy and Industry Ministry said applications for plots in Deir Ezzor’s industrial city would be accepted from 11 October at its temporary administration office. The first phase covers infrastructure across 200 hectares and is to offer more than 140 hectares of industrial plots; the full site spans about 1,260 hectares. The quoted prices were $25 per square metre cash or $32 on 5-year instalments with a 5% down payment. A 100-hectare energy-services area was also planned.
