Public construction crews in Idlib began asphalt work on the Darkush–Salqin road after more than 20 years since its last maintenance, according to SANA. The work includes removing old asphalt and laying a new 6-centimetre layer; road markings are planned after paving is complete. The route serves western Idlib and links the Harim area with Jisr al-Shughur and the M4 corridor toward Syria’s coast.
