## Voltformer analysis

This records signing before the separate May completion milestone. Continuity of E&C teams and existing projects matters during transition. Preserving the agreement status at its date prevents later completion from being incorrectly backdated.

## Considerations for project teams

Corporate changes should be read separately for brand, legal entity, ownership and operational responsibility. Intent, an offer, signing and completion represent different commercial stages. Teams benefit from checking the contractual counterparty, guarantee provider, staff continuity and client communication channels against current documents. Ownership can change while a brand remains; separate activities under one brand can also move to different businesses. Reading both the announcement date and affected business line makes contractor assessment more useful than relying on a historic company name alone.
