# Petrobras begins R$800 million maintenance program at Repar

## Work starts 5 October

Petrobras announced on 2 October that maintenance at Repar in Araucária will begin on 5 October and run through the second half of November. The company plans to invest about R\$800 million and mobilize around 6,000 workers at peak.

## Refinery units in scope

Work includes the fluid catalytic cracking unit and diesel and gasoline hydrotreating units, plus auxiliaries. Petrobras says logistics planning will maintain market supply during the shutdown; about 85% of Repar output serves southern Brazilian markets.
