OCTAGRAM and ONDIPA announced an October 14 agreement for a proposed 9 MMSCFD CNG mother station at Ore Industrial Park near Omotosho. The company has a Licence to Establish but still needs construction approval, engineering, commercial and financing steps; the plant is not operating.
