A World Bank Group feature said it was helping mobilise up to US$5.79 billion in private financing for Nigeria in fiscal 2026 across digital infrastructure, agriculture, telecommunications and small-business development. The Financial Inclusion for Nigeria programme was expected to mobilise nearly US$1.89 billion, reach more than 250,000 MSMEs and support about 850,000 direct and indirect jobs; at least 30% of financing targets women-led businesses.

The BRIDGE project aimed to extend broadband access to 58 million additional people by 2030, with later investor rounds potentially unlocking up to US$1.1 billion by then. AGROW aimed to support 1 million smallholder farmers and attract US$220 million from agribusiness firms plus US$22 million from certified seed producers. These are programme targets and mobilisation figures, not a single new disbursement.
