Africa Business Insight reports that more than 40 companies raised about ₦2.45 trillion (US\$1.84 billion) on NGX from January through September 2026 through public offers, private placements and supplementary listings. The NGX All-Share Index gained 61.43% year to date to 251,211.67 points as of September 2026. Dangote Sugar Refinery led the listed examples with ₦485.88 billion from a rights issue, while financial-services issuers recorded listings valued at ₦883.8 billion during the period.
