Niger Delta Power Holding Company said it is seeking factories and large commercial users for its Eligible Customer Programme, which offers dedicated electricity under terms agreed with each buyer. NDPHC described its installed generating capacity as roughly 4,000 MW, with 10 plants, 28 gas turbines and three steam turbines.
The company said the 450 MW Alaoji Open Cycle Power Plant had returned to service after being shut down in 2023 amid gas-supply and metering disputes. The programme is a customer-supply offer; the report does not say the full 4,000 MW is available or contracted to new buyers.
