          "The MME said on 5 October that CCEE had published the eligibility list for wind and solar plants seeking to join the curtailment-compensation mechanism. ONS assessed the applications against Portaria Normativa MME No. 140/2026. The mechanism covers eligible cuts recorded from 1 September 2023 through 25 November 2025 under Law No. 15.269/2025."
