The award covers FEED only for the tank-farm package; it does not mean Matrix received construction or full-refinery EPC scope. Engineering definition precedes a final investment decision and any later construction award.
Delivery responsibilities
A design study converts an owner’s objectives into an engineering basis that can be priced, reviewed and taken into subsequent execution.
