## Training agreement

Panorama Minero reported on 5 October that Catamarca and MARA had agreed on a workforce-training plan for Andalgalá, Santa María and Belén. The initiative brings together the provincial education and labor ministry, a labor-training campus, Fundación UOCRA and community representatives.

## Preparing local applicants

The plan combines training with a review of local skills and employment placement. It is preparation for opportunities tied to the Agua Rica development; the report does not say that mine operations or hiring have begun.
