## Delivery responsibilities

Under EPCM, the engineering firm coordinates design, procurement and construction management while the owner’s contracts define who supplies and builds each package. Procurement records, drawing revisions and site work need a common technical baseline. Acceptance responsibilities should cover equipment testing, quality records and commissioning interfaces.
