# Linjemontage to build three new switchyards at Kvarnsveden

## Contract and role boundary

Ellevio ordered the 130 kV switchyard under a turnkey contract covering design, installation, programming, testing, technical documentation and commissioning. Linjemontage will build the two indoor substations with Borlänge Energi; the release does not assign grid operation to Linjemontage.

## Project context

The related grid works will supply two planned EcoDataCenter server halls. Ellevio’s installation was scheduled to be ready for final inspection in February 2028, while the parallel station work supports local electricity supply.

Delivery planning should align acceptance criteria, interfaces and handover records with the named contract parties.
