## RFP options

The utilities will consider power purchase agreements, purchases of new or existing assets, and build-transfer proposals for site-specific resources.

## Grid delivery requirements

Proposed resources must be deliverable to the utilities’ transmission system and qualify as designated network resources under their tariff. Responses are due November 6.
