Keolis said it opened a Dubai regional headquarters to support existing public-transport authority clients and develop projects across the Middle East. The company operates Dubai Metro and Tram through Keolis MHI. It also said its Etihad Rail joint venture launched the UAE’s first passenger railway service in 2026.
