The aggregate award value does not identify the value of each contract. Nullagine is turbine-generator installation rather than full wind-farm EPC, and extension options in the Santos term depend on exercise; the work mix spans renewable installation, field services and power-station operations.
Delivery responsibilities
A joint venture, alliance or integrated delivery arrangement distributes responsibility among organizations with different technical and contractual roles. The useful reference is the package each participant actually manages, designs or constructs. Interface registers and acceptance plans should connect those packages without erasing their boundaries. Work at a shared project is not proof that one firm owns the whole contract or completed every asset. Procurement and construction reviews should retain the named partners, the recorded milestone and the distinction between delivery participation and operation.
