DEWA and Dubai Municipality signed a memorandum covering management, operation and development of Hatta Sustainable Waterfalls facilities. Under the arrangement, responsibility for existing buildings, facilities and assets transfers to the municipality. The agreement also covers leasing shops and other facilities and overseeing tenants.
