## Engineering interpretation

Compressed-air storage links compression, underground storage, water management and electrical power conversion. Power rating and stored energy describe different duties, so both units must remain visible. For design and execution planning, the critical interfaces are the storage system, rotating equipment and grid connection. The equity investment is a corporate financing relationship and does not itself establish a separate awarded turnkey contract.

## Delivery responsibilities
