Emirates Water and Electricity Company opened registration for its fourth-quarter 2026 Clean Energy Certificate auction through 30 October. Each certificate represents one megawatt-hour of renewable or clean electricity under the I-REC Standard; the auction uses a pay-as-bid format, with reserve prices for solar, nuclear and wind certificates.
