## Engineering perspective

High-voltage transformer delivery combines factory validation with transport and site readiness. Multi-voltage interfaces require coordinated insulation and protection settings; the stated package concerns the transformer rather than an assumed complete substation EPC contract.

Engineering interpretation: product ratings and test results should be read within their stated operating conditions. Selection also depends on utility interfaces, protection, maintenance and integration with the receiving plant. Distinguish factory acceptance from installation and site commissioning; the equipment supplier’s scope does not automatically include the complete facility, upstream energy supply or the owner’s wider operating performance.
