## Dubai Investments plans 20% IPO of DIP Holding

On 19 October, Dubai Investments said it intended to sell 1,735,243,300 existing shares, equal to 20% of DIP Holding’s issued capital. DIP Holding owns the company operating Dubai Investments Park, a mixed-use logistics, industrial, residential and commercial development.

The subscription period was expected to run from 27 October to 3 November, with trading anticipated around 11 November, subject to approvals and market conditions. The company said IPO proceeds would go to Dubai Investments, largely for expansion and general corporate purposes.
