# ARSP orders Sicomines to end contracts with ineligible subcontractors

## Order applies to listed firms

ACP reported on 1 October that the Subcontracting Regulatory Authority instructed Sicomines to stop awarding, renewing or extending subcontracting contracts to firms named in an attached list. The decision covers the company’s operations in Lualaba province.

## Current agreements must be addressed

The directive also requires the company to end existing contracts with the listed suppliers and remove them from its subcontractor register until they regularize their status with the authority.
