## Five companies included

ANP’s board approved the opening Regulatory Asset Bases on 2 October for GOM, TSB, TBG, NTS and TAG. The values distinguish prudent investment capital that remains unrecovered from amounts already returned through tariffs.

## Tariffs still to come

For example, ANP set TBG’s New Market segment at R\$2.649 billion and found no unrecovered prudent capital in NTS’s Southeast Network or TAG’s Northeast Network. The decision does not set final tariffs or maximum allowed revenue; those belong to phase three.
