Brazil’s regulator approved opening asset valuations for five natural-gas transmission companies in the 2026–2030 tariff cycle.

Five companies included

ANP’s board approved the opening Regulatory Asset Bases on 2 October for GOM, TSB, TBG, NTS and TAG. The values distinguish prudent investment capital that remains unrecovered from amounts already returned through tariffs.

Tariffs still to come

For example, ANP set TBG’s New Market segment at R$2.649 billion and found no unrecovered prudent capital in NTS’s Southeast Network or TAG’s Northeast Network. The decision does not set final tariffs or maximum allowed revenue; those belong to phase three.
