Alandalus Property said its wholly owned Marafiq Alandalus Allujistiyah subsidiary bought a logistics-designated plot in Riyadh’s Al Mashael district for SAR 83.8 million, including transaction tax and brokerage. The 44,550-square-metre site is intended for warehouses and storage space. The company said the purchase was financed through internal resources and bank facilities, with the financial impact expected in Q4 2026.
