## Engineering interpretation

Aibel and Hitachi Energy developed the standardized 320 kV concept; engineering and project management were led from Asker, fabrication took place in Thailand, and final outfitting and commissioning were completed in Haugesund. Ørsted owns the wind farm.

## Delivery responsibilities

An EPC reference defines a contracted combination of engineering, procurement and construction. Its boundaries still matter: field facilities, pipelines and utilities may be one package within a larger development. Construction affiliates and specialist subcontractors retain their stated roles. Quality records, pressure tests, pre-commissioning and handover need to match the actual facilities delivered. A historical project schedule does not become a publication date or establish today’s production.
