Engineering interpretation
EPRD covers engineering, preparation, removal and disposal. The project is on the UK Continental Shelf; AF Offshore Decom works in a consortium with Heerema, and the announcement does not attribute all offshore removal equipment or execution solely to AF.
Delivery responsibilities
A joint venture, alliance or integrated delivery arrangement distributes responsibility among organizations with different technical and contractual roles.
