Sparc Technologies and Levidian Nanosystems announced a non-exclusive MoU on 16 October 2026 to develop ecosparc protective and industrial coatings containing Levidian graphene for GCC markets. Sparc will formulate and test coatings and work with manufacturers and end users on qualification tests, field trials and specifications; Levidian will supply graphene and technical expertise.
The parties aim to establish a binding joint-development or commercial-supply agreement within 12 months. They will assess UAE manufacturing feasibility within 24 months, subject to an agreed business case. The announcement reports testing and a collaboration framework, not a binding supply deal, named customer, sales volume or completed UAE facility.
