Gargash Prime and JINGDONG Property signed an MoU to invest in a joint venture and collaborate on developing a logistics facility in Dubai. The proposed project concerns 2.5 million square feet of land and is envisioned as a regional distribution and fulfilment hub. The MoU was signed on the sidelines of the Dubai Business Forum–China in Shenzhen; the hub is planned, not built or operational. JINGDONG Property manages more than 300 infrastructure assets globally covering over 28 million square metres, according to the report.
