Dubai Maritime City (DMC) signed 18 leases in the first nine months of 2026 for more than 572,000 sq ft of industrial and commercial space. They generated six times the revenue of the same period in 2025; 72% were signed after February.

Ship repair and marine manufacturing were DMC’s fastest-growing segments. Users of prebuilt units are operating, while plots under 25-year Musataha agreements remain in construction.
