Dubai Islamic Bank and Expo City Dubai entered a strategic partnership to offer eligible buyers financing for properties under construction at Expo City. For a DIB-approved project at or above 35% construction completion, and after a customer has paid at least 50% of the purchase price, DIB may finance up to 50% of the property value, subject to approvals. Financing can run for up to 25 years; full monthly instalments begin at handover or within 24 months of taking the finance, whichever occurs first, under the stated terms. The agreement offers financing and does not report a completed property sale or build.
