The official session bulletin says the General Index closed at 5,859.94 points, up 25.29 from 5,834.65. Regular-market value was AED 500,964,771.59 across 181,560,502 shares and 13,017 trades. A separate direct deal was worth AED 80,400,000 for 26,800,000 shares; including it, totals were AED 581,364,771.59, 208,360,502 shares and 13,018 trades. The bulletin also counted 25 advancing shares, 22 declining and six unchanged, for the DFM session.
