          "Nasdaq Dubai welcomed the secondary listing of two Republic of Congo sovereign bond issues with a combined value of US$1.55 billion. One issue is US$700 million due 17 February 2035 and the other US$850 million due 26 May 2036; both carry a 9.500% yield and amortise gradually. WAM described Congo as the first African sovereign issuer to list securities on Nasdaq Dubai and said the secondary listing followed the bonds’ primary listing on the London Stock Exchange. This is an exchange admission, not new UAE government borrowing or new cash investment in the UAE."
