ALIF Holding, an industrial group of Dubai-listed Robo.ai, reported on 2 October 2026 that it had held a groundbreaking ceremony on 25 September for Phase I of its Umm Al Quwain industrial park. The park is planned in 3 phases: refurbishment of existing premises, new factory facilities and reserve space for future expansion.
Alif Maritec is expected to be the first project to enter Phase I after refurbishment and operational preparations; it is not yet reported as operating there. Its work includes oil-spill detection, water-quality verification, land-border security, and AI-enabled defence and critical-infrastructure monitoring. ALIF aims to have at least 3 project companies at the park by the end of 2026.
