Ajman records AED1.9 billion in September property transactions

Ajman’s Land and Real Estate Regulation Department reported 1,143 real-estate transactions worth AED1.9 billion in September 2026. Trading made up AED1.44 billion across 879 transactions; the highest-value sale was AED198 million in Al Nakheel 2. Separately, 153 mortgage transactions were worth AED207 million, with the largest, AED15 million, in Al Jurf Industrial 1. Emirates City led major-project trading, followed by Azha Community and Ajman One; Al Helio 2 led neighbourhood activity.
