The sale to India’s Aegis is subject to regulatory approvals and expected to close by March 2027.

Agility Global said it agreed to sell its entire stake in energy-logistics business Tristar to India’s Aegis Logistics. The transaction values Tristar at US$1.5 billion enterprise value and US$882 million equity value; completion is expected before the end of March 2027, subject to regulatory approvals. WAM reported that Tristar operates in more than 30 countries with over 1,000 trucks, 26 ocean-going and coastal vessels, 14 fuel farms and more than 60 remote fuel sites. Agility said proceeds would strengthen its balance sheet, with allocation among strategic growth, debt reduction and shareholder returns to be evaluated later by its Board.
